How our Apartments at the Glockengasse are built, Part II/II

Our team was very motivated in the past weeks and months about this project. And last but not least, it was the biggest thing until now for us: 19 apartments in a single step.

But the many meetings, phone calls, mails and work at night have paid off: two of 19 apartments in the Viennese Glockengasse are now bookable and available. Here we would like to give you a small insight:

Livingrooms
As in most Rafael Kaiser apartments, we have also provided a pleasant feeling of space by paying attention to natural fabrics, bright colors and sufficient light.

The living room is equipped with a Samsung Curved LCD TV so that our future guests can feel comfortable after a long working or sightseeing day.

Bedrooms
The apartment "Marie-Louise" is one of eleven apartments in the belfry which has two bedrooms, which makes it ideal for families or holidays with friends or couples.

Bathrooms
The deluxe apartment "Marie-Louise" has a bathroom with two sinks, as well as a shower and bath - the shower is in a separate area.

The apartment "Blossom" has two separate bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bath.

Kitchen
We have made a special effort to ensure that some of our guests stay in the premium apartments long term. The kitchens are perfectly equipped – including everything from crockery and cutlery to glasses, to cooking utensils and coffeemakers. The latter also supplies hot water, so the space for a separate water boiler could be saved.

Furthermore, the kitchens are equipped with a ceramic hob (without oven), microwave and refrigerator with freezer.

We are looking forward to welcoming the first guests here in the Glockengasse!

Yours sincerely,

Rafael Kaiser
