For private customers we prefer credit card payment. For corporate customers we offer a payment term. For longer stayers (eg long-term booker for a few months), a monthly payment can be arranged individually.

No, our listed apartment rates always refer to the entire apartment. An extra charge is only required if you need an extra bed.

In all our apartments there is either a car park or a parking garage within a 5-minute walk. All parking spaces must be booked directly at reception@rafaelkaiser.com. 

15 euros per night or 190 euros per month.

No, unfortunately, we do not offer breakfast. Each of our apartments has a private kitchen, where you can prepare a breakfast with your favorite products.

Yes, you need a credit card for short and medium term bookings. Monthly bookings can also be paid via bank transfer.

A reception desk is available in our apartment houses in Antonigasse 1 and in the Glockengasse 1 in Vienna. The opening hours are: Monday-Saturday from 11am to 4 pm. Guests in our other apartments can reach us by phone +43 1 4022 604.

This information is very important to us to provide keys or access codes in time at the apartments and enabling you to have a perfect check-in.

In general, the apartment key is handed over personally until 6pm. If you arrive later, you will receive the access code to your apartment key by keybox in the respective apartment house at least one day before your arrival.

At 2pm. If you would like to check in earlier, please contact the reception at reception@rafaelkaiser.com.

The apartment is to be left until 11:00. If you want to check out later, please contact the reception as soon as possible.

Depending on the apartment, the apartment key must be placed in an existing key box or check-out box. We will inform you about these details at check-in or during your stay.

No, unfortunately, pets are prohibited for hygienic reasons.

All our apartments have washing machines, in some cases with dryer. Please check the equipment in our apartment descriptions for Vienna & Graz.

Yes, you can always get vouchers at the reception in Antonigasse 1 or in the Glockengasse 1 in Vienna. You can also order by e-mail: reception@rafaelkaiser.com.

Air-conditioning systems are available in the Antonigasse 1 and in the Glockengasse 1 in Vienna. We can provide you with mobile air-conditioning units as required.

All our apartments are non-smoking apartments.

All our apartments have unlimited and free WIFI.

Yes, all our apartments have a hair-dryer.

No, we don’t have telephones in our apartments.

Each apartment has a medium sized fridge with freezer.

Yes, some of the apartments in Antonigasse 1 (1180 Wien) are barrier-free. Please ask our reception for more details reception@rafaelkaiser.com.

Yes, all apartments are suitable for people suffering from allergies.

Yes, in Austria we are lucky that the ground water is as natural as possible. It also reaches our apartments.

This depends on whether you booked directly with us, or via a booking platform. If a booking has been made via a booking platform, the change must also be made via this (booking.com, expedia.at oder fewo-direkt.de).
