Our apartments in Graz - right in the city center

Business guests enjoy all advantages at Rafael Kaiser. But also for private travelers, our apartments are ideally suited for trips to the whole of Styria or sightseeing in Graz.

We'd like to introduce our two locations:

The light-flooded 33m2 studio "Sunlight" in the district of Geidorf with its terrace overlooking the Schlossberg offers plenty of space for pleasant hours.

Despite the traffic-calmed situation you are in the middle of action:

For business travelers the larger Graz companies are not far. For example, the AVL is less than 2 km away (about 7 minutes by car). Also the WIFI Styria and Campus02 (university) you can walk within minutes.

For private travel, the apartment "Sunlight" is the perfect starting point for sightseeing tours. The Grazer "Bim" (tram) line 4 or 5 can be easily reached for the city center. From here, you can reach all sights in Graz, such as the Schlossberg, the main square with town hall, Herrengasse (shopping street), the Grazer Kunsthaus or the hip Lendviertel.

In this building are two Rafael Kaiser apartments: "Cityflow" has a perfect room layout for maximum comfort on 30 m2, while "Peaceful" with its own balcony guarantees comfortable terrace hours.

For business guests, the quiet location within the city offers some advantages: The global company MAGNA in Thondorf is, for example, just 6 km away, the walking distance to the grounds of the Grazer Messe and the Grazer Stadthalle is about 5 minutes.

For those who want to make sightseeing in Graz, the Grazer tram line 6 (Moserhofgasse) also takes you directly to the city center, on foot you can walk from here in 13 minutes to Jakominiplatz. For those who are traveling by car and want to explore Styria in one or more day trips, the apartments in the Arndtgasse are also excellent: From here you can be on the motorway in a few minutes and visit the Styrian Apfelstraße or vineyards in The South Styria.

If you have any questions regarding this particular apartment, our team is at your disposal.

Yours sincerely,

Rafael Kaiser
